  • Align with Hiring Managers to understand their current needs
  • Define roles along with the Directors and adapt job descriptions to our company
  • Act as an ambassador of our brand and spread the word about who we are and the amazing opportunities we can offer
  • Take a proactive approach and research on where we can find the best candidates and which are the most appropriate resources that we can use
  • Utilise all the tools at hand to search candidates (direct approach, LinkedIn searches, Boolean searches….)
  • Conduct interviews and support/guide candidates during the process, you’ll be the “go-to” person for all those taking part in any recruitment process or who’d like to know more about us
  • Continuous contact with Hiring Managers and colleagues involved in the process to keep them up to date on the recruitment processes and report on your progress
  • Make offers to successful candidates and negotiate conditions as well as guide them with paperwork, re-locating, visa process or any other issues until they join us


  •  1-2 years experience in high volume recruitment
  • Passionate about finding top talent
  • Great communicator
  • Self motivation and goal driven
  • Strong attention to details and good organization skills
  • University Degree in related field
